If our weight is one pound more then the average weight then our knees will face 4 times the burden. This is the main reason of pain in the knees. Eating healthy and exercising is very necessary. In case of sever knee pain, ice must be used and it is important to visit a doctor. Oil massages must only be done for the purpose of relaxation.
