In Sanam Jung’s morning show the guest was Dr. Imran Yousuf. He gave a great message to everyone of us. He said that proper sleep is very necessary in order to wake up healthy and fresh. Sometimes it happens that although we sleep more but still remain lazy in the morning, this is because before going to sleep we give a message to our brain that i am about to sleep and at the same time we think of waking up tomorrow on time. This on and off behavior confuses our brain and as a result it cannot rest properly.
